Cancellation Policy
Policies:
Deposits-
Non refundable
Deposits will be charged at booking
All fills booked in advance with no deposit are still owed if canceling
Not stackable if canceling a appt
Canceling-
You must cancel/reschedule 48 hours in advance or you will be charged 100% of the retainer remaining
To reschedule you must reschedule 48 hours in advance to re-use your deposit or you will forfeit it
Late fee-
I have a 5 min grace period, after 5 min you will be charged a $10 late fee, 10 min late= $15 extra if here by 10min, after you will be canceled and the remaining amount will be charged.
No show/same day cancellation-
Forfeit deposit and 100% of the retainer
will be charged
